Question:can someone explain the difference between cellular and wi-fi?
Answer:Cellular means you can add a SIM card and use the iPad online where there is no WiFi available. WiFi only means you cannot add a SIM card and so you can only use it online if WiFi is available. I only use mine at home so do not need a SIM card.

Answer:Yes it does👍

Question:How do you transfer work off the device?
Answer:If you work in say in Google then its already in the cloud.
Option 2 is just email it too someone that needs it.
Option 3 is download a file-sharing app like Dropbox or Google Drive.
